For becoming certified as a nursing assistant in Michigan, you need to follow one of the available CNA programs. Different colleges in Michigan have these training programs that are usually quite short. There is the Kellogg Community College that provides people with such a class, but there are also colleges such as Mott Community College and other places. Choose the place that is closer to the area you live in and start learning everything you need to know in order to be ready for the certification exam.
